Hey guys, if you want to know why I created this site about small dog breeds it’s really quite simple. I grew up in the country and we always owned large dogs like German Shepherds and Labs. However, when I grew up and moved to the city my dog options didn’t include such breeds as the condo unit I live in has a weight limitation, and let’s be honest, having a large breed that requires a lot of exercise isn’t really feasible in an apartment. Small dogs are much more suited to city living, and while I had thought that I wasn’t a huge fan of small dogs, that all changed after doing some research on them. And now, some years later I am absolutely in love with my two chihuahuas, and toy dog breeds in general. So in love that I dedicate this site to them, as they have certainly inspired it!
